Inner Peace Training is a wonderful meditative process which creates a deep and effective interaction with one’s soul and Higher Self. Its simple, but profound process is suitable for people who are beginning to meditate as well as those who are well experienced in meditation. This is a specific meditative process in which you learn to visualize and construct a Living Inner Temple. (Your Sanctuary). The Temple becomes a living structure in your awareness; a place where you can go for personal Spiritual guidance and understanding. Through your Inner Sanctuary, you have all the tools necessary to: • Transform negative thoughts and emotions • Receive healing and balancing from your Higher Self • Learn to freely feel good about yourself • Connect with your powerful mind and heal your heart • Receive direct answers from your Higher Self, and solve immediate problems/situations in your life • Learn how to truly manifest your hopes and dreams • Revitalize and energize your connection with the Divine This is a 4 week journey of 2 hrs each session. Individual cost $495 with friends cost $333 per person
